he growing trend in the educational use of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools is a reality. Inthis line, this paper aims to infer what criteria are taken into account when creating, with the help of a generativeconversational AI of the ChatGPT type (in this case the Chat PDF), a rubric to evaluate a problem-solvingsession for 5-year-old students designed by future early childhood education teachers. Criteria from the RISENframework of prompts engineering and the didactic suitability criteria construct were used as a theoreticalreference. With these referents, the prompts issued to create the rubric and the resulting rubric were analyzed. The conclusion is that training is needed on how to carry out the interaction with GhatPDF and that futureteachers must also be trained in the use of tools that provide them with criteria for discarding the responseand/or being able to refine or improve the prompts until the expected response is achieved.
