The academic environment under study towhich we have applied this innovation project has been in the Degree in ComputerEngineering involving students and teachers from different subjects, establishinga culture of experimentation and innovation, testing new ideas, seeking to respondto uncertainty. We have tried to identify the conditions of the teaching scenario todeal with uncertainty, change. We consider it necessary to enhance communication between students and teachers and without a doubt it is influenced by the typeof leadership of the teacher. We have identified new challenges that are associatedwith new teaching skills and for this university teaching staff must be updated,trained in new skills.
