      Se informan los resultados de la comparación y la contrastación de las teorías APOE y de Registros de Representación Semiótica los cuales servirán para establecer lazos entre ellas y reflexionar sobre la pertinencia de utilizarlas de manera conjunta en el estudio de la comprensión de conceptos matemáticos. Se exhibe el análisis de los fundamentos teóricos, principios, constructos, relaciones epistemológicas y metodológicas y su relación con la enseñanza usando la metodología del Networking of Theories. Los resultados muestran que la integración de estas teorías es viable para generar un marco coherente que permita explorar fenómenos educativos a través de una nueva lente.

      The results of the comparison and contrast of the APOS and Semiotic Representation Registers theories are reported, which will serve to establish links between them and reflect on the relevance of using them together in the study of the understanding of mathematical concepts. The analysis of the theoretical foundations, principles, constructs, epistemological and methodological relationships and their relationship with teaching using the Networking of Theories methodology is exhibited. The results show that the integration of these theories is viable to generate a coherent framework that allows exploring educational phenomena through a new lens.
