Opiniones de los futuros maestros de primaria sobre el uso de la robótica educativa para la enseñanza de las matemáticas

    La robótica educativa cada vez está más presente en la educación de los niños. La curiosidad por aprender a crear robots o por programarlos, genera nuevas inquietudes entre los alumnos que pueden resultar positivas para el aprendizaje de ciertos contenidos matemáticos, tal y como se puede observar al analizar la literatura sobre el tema. Este estudio pretende analizar cuáles son las opiniones de 25 estudiantes del tercer curso del Grado de Educación Primaria acerca del uso de la robótica para enseñar contenidos matemáticos. Para el análisis de los datos se ha optado por una metodología cualitativa de forma que las narraciones del alumnado se analizaron a través del software WebQDA. Los resultados nos muestran que todos los alumnos de la muestra, independientemente del género, se muestran a favor del uso de este tipo de recursos puesto que consideran mayores los beneficios que las desventajas.

    Educational robotics is more and more present in the education of children. Curiosity to learn to create robots or to program them, generates new concerns between students that can be positive for learning certain mathematical contents, as can be seen when analyzing the literature on the topic. This study aims to analyze the opinions of the students of the 3rd Primary Education Degree about the use of robotics to teach mathematical content. The methodology used focuses on the qualitative analysis of the data and the sample was 25 students, and to do this study, the texts were analyzed using the WebQDA software. The results show us that all the students in the sample, independently of gender, are in favor of the use of this type of resources because they consider much greater their benefits than their disadvantages.
