Identificando barreras en la interacción con facebook: una experiencia con adultos mayores de la Patagonia Austral

  •  Facebook es una de las redes sociales más ampliamente utilizadas en el mundo, sin embargo tiene varios problemas de accesibilidad que dificultan su uso fluido. La accesibilidad y usabilidad de muchos sitios y herramientas de la Web son un gran problema en la actualidad para una gran cantidad de usuarios y en particular para los adultos mayores. En este trabajo presentamos una experiencia realizada con adultos mayores y su interacción con Facebook. Para ello realizamos un taller que nos posibilitó observar la manera en que los participantes ejecutaban las actividades propuestas y luego efectuamos una evaluación de la usabilidad de esta aplicación.
