  • Each month, elementary teachers are given a problem, along with suggested instructional notes, to use in their classrooms and report solutions, strategies, reflections, and misconceptions to the journal audience. This month, using games to promote the learning of integers creates a friendly environment for classroom discourse and negotiation around the meaning of operations with negative integers.
