  La pandemia provocada por la covid-19 durante los años 2020 y 2021 obligó alos centros de enseñanza universitaria de todo el mundo a realizar una adaptación urgente, en la que no fue posible realizar una reflexión profunda. Algunos autores han denominado a esta docencia remota de emergencia. En sutranscurso se cometieron muchos errores, la mayoría de ellos debido a la faltade formación de los equipos directivos y del propio profesorado, que no tuvieron claras las dimensiones que debían considerarse en las actividades de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Este capítulo presenta un marco de referencia donde sedefinen dichas dimensiones. A continuación, se analizan algunos errores habituales que se cometieron en los centros universitarios durante la emergenciasanitaria. Finalmente, se reflexiona sobre las oportunidades que se presentanen la actualidad para llevar a cabo una transformación real y profunda de laeducación universitaria teniendo en cuenta las lecciones aprendidas.

  The pandemic caused by COVID-19 during the years 2020 and 2021 forced alluniversities in the world to carry out an urgent adaptation, in which it was notpossible to carry out a deep reflection. Some authors have called this teaching«emergency remote teaching». During the «emergency remote teaching» manymistakes were made, most of them due to the lack of training of the management teams and the teachers themselves, who were not clear about the dimensions that should be considered in the teaching-learning activities. This chapter presents a reference framework where these dimensions are defined.Next, some common mistakes that were made in universities during the healthemergency are analyzed. Finally, we reflect on the opportunities that currentlyexist to carry out a real and profound transformation of university education,taking into account the lessons learned.
