  Actualmente existe un problema creciente en nuestrasuniversidades debido a la coyuntura económica delpaís: hay estudiantes que emigran a otros países.Algunos de estos estudiantes están interesados encontinuar los estudios desde el extranjero siempre ycuando la universidad les ofrezca esta oportunidad.Nuestras universidades no siempre están preparadaspara estos nuevos retos ya que algunos sistemas deevaluación actuales son demasiado restrictivos. Eneste artículo se presenta la experiencia de nuestrauniversidad frente a este problema y qué sistemas sehan utilizado en la evaluación de estudiantes residentes en el extranjero.

  Nowadays, there is a growing problem in ouruniversities because of the economic situation of thecountry: there are students that emigrate to othercountries. Some of these students are interested incontinuing their studies as long as the universityoffers them the opportunity. Our universities are notalways prepared for these new challenges since somecurrent evaluation systems are too restrictive. In thisarticle, we present how our university has tackled thischallenge and which evaluation systems have beenused on students residing abroad.
