Una partida de futbolí

    Es tracta de la construcció d’un futbolí per part d’un grup de 4t de primària del CP Mestre Colom de Bunyola, Mallorca. A partir d’una petició del grup (jugar a futbolí) s’ha fabricat un futbolí de fusta i potets de plàstic. En la seva realització s’han hagut de plantejar qüestions matemàtiques, especialment de mesura i càlcul (les mides del camp, de les porteries, de les àrees, l’estatura dels jugadors, la distribució dels jugadors damunt les barres), també de geometria (una-dues dimensions, superfície, radi i diàmetre, concepte d’àrea i, per damunt, algunes nocions d’espai: disseny plànol, dreta-esquerra, cap a un costat , cap a l’altre) i alguna de tractament de la informació (gràfic estatures). S’ha aprofitat per treballar diferents textos relacionats amb el futbolí (instruccions de joc, notícia esportiva, retransmissió «radiofònica» d’una part d’un partit i exposició oral del projecte a les famílies). Resolent entrebancs hem après, hem gaudit, ens hem emocionat.

    The aim was to build a table football following a request from the children in the 4th year of primary in the CP Mestre Colom in Bunyola, Mallorca. We built a table football using wood and some plastic containers. In order to be able to do this we had to answer some questions related to maths, particularly measurement and calculus (dimensions for the pitch, area, goal, player’s height, the space in between each player on the bars), also geometry (one-two dimensions, radius, diameter, the concept of area and some simple concepts related to space such as plans, right-left, to one side, to another). There have also been some issues related to data analysis (charts). We have also worked with different football related documents (game instructions, articles about football, radio broadcasting and an oral presentation to the parents). We have learnt and enjoyed ourselves solving different problems.
