  • Educational technology is reshaping education, facilitating innovative teaching methods and optimizing learning processes. This transformation emphasizes inclusion, ensuring that all students, regardless of ability, gender, race or socioeconomic status, have access to education. Technology enables personalized learning, where adaptive learning tools can identify and address the individual needs of each student. In addition, assistive technology devices and online reading tools enable students with disabilities to fully participate in the teaching and learning process. Online learning platforms improve accessibility, especially for those in remote areas or with conditions that make face-to-face attendance difficult. However, there are also challenges, such as the digital divide that limits access to technology for underprivileged students or risks of social exclusion for students with disabilities. While educational technology offers numerous benefits for addressing diversity and fostering inclusion, it cannot completely replace the human interaction and emotional support essential to the educational process. Therefore, it is crucial that educational technology be used as a complementary tool to human interaction and not as a substitute for fundamental elements in education.
