Resumen de Proyecto INTESCUBA: buenas prácticas para el fortalecimiento del proceso de internacionalización en la Educación Superior cubana: XII Taller Internacional de "Internacionalización de la Educación Superior"

  El presente trabajo devela los principales resultados obtenidos por el proyecto: Internacionalización de la educación superior cubana poscovid19. Mejores prácticas y sostenibilidad, perteneciente al Programa Sectorial de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación de Educación Superior y desarrollo sostenible. El objetivo del mismo consistió en exponer los factores clave de aprendizajes desde el punto de vista metodológico y buenas prácticas, desarrolladas por este proyecto para el fortalecimiento del proceso de internacionalización en Instituciones de Educación Superior cubanas. En tal sentido, se describe en un primer acápite la estrategia seguida por el proyecto, en el segundo, se analiza la concepción metodológica, los principales resultados y buenas prácticas y el tercero, se dirige a los puntos clave de aprendizajes para la internacionalización. Se concluye que los resultados obtenidos por el proyecto logran afianzar la internacionalización como un proceso estratégico y transversal para el desarrollo de las misiones universitarias; aporta conocimientos y fortalece capacidades, para el incremento de su pertinencia con el entorno y del cumplimiento de su misión institucional.

  The present work shows the main results obtained by the project: "Internationalization of Cuban higher education post-Covid 19. Best practices and sustainability (INTESCUBA)" belonging to the Sectorial Program of Science, Technology and Innovation of Higher Education and Sustainable Development. The objective was to socialize the key learning factors from the methodological point of view and good practices developed by this project for strengthening the internationalization process in Cuban Higher Education Institutions (HEI). Therefore, the first section describes the strategy followed by the INTESCUBA project, the second analyzes the methodological conception, the main results and good practices, and the third focuses on the key learning points for internationalization. It is concluded that the results obtained by the INTESCUBA project achieve the consolidation of internationalization as a strategic and transversal process for the development of university missions, contributing knowledge and strengthening capacities in Cuban HEIs. The project is also contributing knowledge and strengthening capacities in Cuban institutions of higher education in order to increase their relevance to the context and the fulfillment of their institutional mission.
