      A pesar de la enorme importancia de la Estadística, entre los no especialistas a veces existe un cierto escepticismo sobre la validez de sus conclusiones. Se presentan algunos ejemplos de creencias erróneas desenmascaradas con la Estadística, pero también algunos ejemplos de aplicación errónea de esta.

      In spite of the enormous importance of Statistics, among non-specialists there is sometimes a certain scepticism about the validity of its conclusions. Some examples of erroneous beliefs unmasked by means of Statistics are presented, but also some examples of erroneous application of Statistics.
