The objective of this work is to analyse, through artificial intelligence, the feelings expressed by university students in their qualitative comments about the teaching received within the framework of the DOCENTIA-UCM program. With this analysis, it is possible to discover opinion trends as well as identify potential areas of improvement in the quality of the teachings received by Complutense university students, in addition to complementing the quantitative results from the same survey. To achieve the objective, a methodology structured in two phases has been developed, a first that includes the collection, pre-processing and purification of the data obtained through the questionnaire to DOCENTIA-UCM students of three academic years and, subsequently, a second phase in which natural language processing (NLP) artificial intelligence has been used, which has allowed the agile processing of the large number of available data, analysing the sentiment of the qualitative comments and classifying them as positive, negative or neutral.
