Resumen de Diagnóstico académico en el colectivo de profesoresuniversitario con Inteligencia Artificial

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo proporcionar una síntesis del estado del conocimiento sobre el diagnóstico académico en la gestión del Colectivo de profesoresuniversitario con el uso de la Inteligencia Artificial,al cual denominaremos Diagnóstico Inteligente, para proponer los procesos que lo deben caracterizar de modo que favorezca la atención personalizada del estudiante en el proceso docente-educativo. El método utilizado fue la revisión sistemática a través del protocolo PRISMA. Como resultado se concluyó que los procesos que intervienen en este tipo de diagnóstico son: a) Representación del conocimiento sobre el estudiante, b) Predicción académica-inteligente y c) Valoración sobre toma de decisiones colegiadas para su atención personalizada en el proceso docente-educativo, en un contexto histórico cultural determinado. Se precisó,además, que su implementación debe contribuir a la sostenibilidad formativa del Colectivo de profesoresuniversitario.

The objective of this work is to provide a synthesis of the state of knowledge on the intelligent academic diagnosis in the management of the university teachers' collective, in order to propose the processes that should characterize it so as to favor the personalized attention of the student in the teaching-educational process. The method used was the systematic review through the PRISMA protocol. As a result, it was concluded that the processes involved in this type of diagnosis are: a) representation of knowledge about the student, b) academic-intelligent prediction and c) assessment of collegial decision-making for personalised attention in the teaching-educational process, in a given historical-cultural context. It was also specified that its implementation should contribute to the formative sustainability of the university teachers ́ collective.
