Peak height-velocity (PHV) has been associated with increased injury-risk for those injuries, however,an association with specific growth-related injuries is unclear. Thus, we modelled 110 growth-curvesso as to detect each player’s age at PHV and calculate specific growth-related injuries’ burden (numberof days lost/ number of player/seasons) in each maturity status period (pre-, circa- and post-PHV).Identifying the most burdensome injuries in each maturity status period is vital to design injuryprevention programs according to each players’ maturity profile.
Hazkunde-lesioek baja egun asko eragiten dituzte goi-mailako futbolari gazteetan. Altuerarenpuntako abiadura edo peak height velocity-a (PHV), lesio hauen agerpenarekin erlazionatu den arren, ezdakigu PHV-ak hazkunde-lesio espezifiko bakoitzarekin duen harremana. Ikerketa honetan hazkundekurbabidez 110 jokalariren PHVaren adina kalkulatu eta lesio espezifikoen lesio-zama (bajaegunak/jokalari-denboraldi kopurua) aztertu dugu heltze egoeraren arabera (pre-, circa- eta post-PHVfaseak). Fase bakoitzean eragin handiena duten lesioak ezagutzeak jokalari bakoitzaren heltzeezaugarrienaraberako prebentzio-programak diseinatzea ahalbidetuko du.
