Resumen de COGNOSCI-ON: Generación y asimilación del conocimiento (COGNOS) a través de laactivación científica (SCI-ON) en asignaturas vinculadas a la ingeniería

  Las estrategias más adecuadas en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje universitario debenconsiderar incentivar la atención y retención de la información, trabajar y reforzar lasbases de conocimientos previos integrándolas en los nuevos para su consistencia ycoherencia, e incorporar experiencias vividas en la formación para que cada asignatura nose aprecie como un nicho inconexo de conocimientos aislados en un plan de estudios. Entreéstas, el método científico, promueve que el estudiante razone, procese información ygenere respuestas o soluciones, experimentando emociones y empleando herramientasespecíficas que favorecen su madurez cognitiva a través de la cual genera otras manerasde comprender y analizar los conocimientos que son nuevos, difíciles de entender.COGNOSCI_ON es un Proyecto de Innovación Educativa que se investiga cómo activar lamaduración cognitiva incorporando las ventajas del método científico para integrarlasmediante proyectos reales compartidos en cadenas de asignaturas, desde el ingresouniversitario hasta el máster. Aquí, estudiantes y profesores, intervienen con diferentesroles. El estudiante recorre un camino formativo por la acción y el descubrimiento cadavez más autónomo en su itinerario curricular. El profesor acompaña y ofrece andamiajepara que no decaiga el interés, robusteciendo resultados y orientando hacia alternativas

  The most appropriate strategies in the university teaching-learning process shouldconsider encouraging attention to and retention of information, working on andstrengthening the previous knowledge bases by integrating them into the new ones forconsistency and coherence, and incorporating real-life experiences in training so thateach subject is not seen as an unconnected niche of isolated knowledge in a curriculum.Among these, the scientific method promotes the student to reason, process informationand generate answers or solutions, experiencing emotions and using specific tools thatfavour their cognitive maturity through which they generate other ways of understandingand analysing knowledge that is new and difficult to understand. COGNOSCI_ON is anEducational Innovation Project that investigates how to activate cognitive maturation byincorporating the advantages of the scientific method to integrate it through realprojects shared in course sequences chained, from university admission to the Master'sdegree. Here, students and teachers play different roles. The student follows a trainingpath through action and discovery that is increasingly autonomous in its curricularitinerary. The teacher accompanies and offers scaffolding so that interest does notdecrease, strengthening results and orienting towards alternatives
