    • In the network era, smart city information is in an explosive state. There is positive and negative information in the massive amount of information. Much of this information also comes from the Internet of Things sensors. If the information is disseminated without screening, it will affect the credibility of the city’s information. In the Internet of Things, sensors are used as the carriers of target information in the environment, and since a single type of sensor cannot reflect the complex environmental situation, the joint inference of multiple sensors has become a trend and has received more and more attention. In order to build a smart city information service system, the PF-PHD algorithm is proposed for collecting RFS-based PHD algorithm and PF algorithm for multi-target tracking, and the RBPF-PHD algorithm is proposed to solve the multi-target information tracking problem by combining the Rao-Blackwellized idea to improve the PF-PHD algorithm. Finally, the RBPF-PHD algorithm is simulated and analyzed, and the public satisfaction study is conducted on the information service system of smart cities after using IOT technology. The results show that the single update time of RBPF-PHD algorithm is 0.1437s and that of PF-PHD is 0.1471s, and the time of the improved algorithm is slightly lower than that of the original algorithm, so the timeliness is better. In terms of public satisfaction with public information services, the public expectation coefficient is 0.704, the perceived quality coefficient is 0.632, the maturity coefficient of information service is 0.772, and the influence coefficients are over 0.6. Therefore, the smart city information service system based on IOT technology studied in this paper has good service, public trust, and high satisfaction with public information service.
