  En este artículo se describe la investigación orientada al desarrollo de una solución informática que permita administrar la información referente a proyectos de investigación en el Centro Regional de Gestión para la Productividad y la Innovación de Boyacá CREPIB, iniciando por el planteamiento del marco teórico pertinente a la gestión de proyectos y abordando posteriormente la descripción de la metodología de desarrollo de software utilizada para implementar el sistema.

  In this article the author describes the investigation addressed to thedevelopment of an IT solution which permits the management of informationrelated to research projects in the Regional Center of Management for theProductivity and Boyacá’s Innovation CREPIB, starting by the expositionof the theoretical pertinent frame for the management of projects andthen examining in detail, the software development methodology used toimplement the system.
