Resumen de ¿Existen los espacios de Hilbert de la mecánica cuántica?: Matemáticas y realismo estructural

El propósito de este artículo es analizar la estructura y la ontología de los espacios de Hilbert de la Mecánica Cuántica. Se argumenta contra el realismo estructural el hecho de que los modelos matemáticos no representan la estructura del Mundo. Además, la estructura matemática no se conserva a través del cambio de teorías científicas, como demuestra la historia de los espacios de Hilbert.

The aim of this paper is to analyse the structure and the ontology of Hilbert spaces in Quantum Mechanics. I argue against structural realism: mathematical models do not represent the structure of the World. Moreover, there is not retention of mathematical structure across theory change, as the history of Hilbert spaces shows conspicuously.
