Resumen de Construções geométricas utilizando o software Régua e Compasso: reflexões a partir de um curso de extensão

  O presente trabalho decorre de um projeto de extensão desenvolvido no Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Triângulo Mineiro (IFTM) – Campus Ituiutaba, cujo objetivo principal foi levar os estudantes a realizarem construções geométricas por meio do software Régua e Compasso, evidenciando definições, teoremas e propriedades. Este relato destaca as possibilidades de aprendizagem por meio do uso de um software de geometria dinâmica que se mostra como uma ferramenta adequada para a criação de construções geométricas, possibilitando um ensino interativo, investigativo e desafiador. De cunho qualitativo, o estudo contou com pesquisa bibliográfica e exploratória, além da observação das práticas desenvolvidas pelos alunos durante a execução do projeto e discussão dos resultados obtidos. Constatou-se o envolvimento dos discentes nas atividades propostas, o aprendizado proporcionado pelo curso, bem como a relevância e necessidade de inserção de recursos tecnológicos no ensino da Matemática.

  The present work is the result of an extension project developed at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of the Triângulo Mineiro (IFTM) – Campus Ituiutaba, whose main objective was to lead students to carry out geometric constructions through the Régua e Compasso software, evidencing definitions, theorems and properties. This report highlights the possibilities of learning through the use of dynamic geometry software that proves to be an adequate tool for the creation of geometric constructions, enabling an interactive, investigative, pleasurable and challenging teaching. Of a qualitative nature, the study included bibliographic and exploratory research, in addition to the observation of the practices developed by the students during the execution of the project and discussion of the results obtained. The involvement of students in the proposed activities, the learning provided by the course, as well as the relevance and need for the insertion of technological resources in the teaching of Mathematics was verified.
