    Fruto de la realización de prácticas del máster en Profesor/a de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria y Bachillerato, Formación Profesional y Enseñanzas de Idiomas en la Universitat Jaume I los autores han sido testigos de las necesidades educativas de los alumnos en tercer curso de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria en Programas de Diversificación Curricular. Para esta tipología de alumnado, trabajar con números enteros, realizar operaciones con ellos y resolver ecuaciones de primer grado son los principales retos. El presente trabajo presenta algunas actividades que pueden implementarse en el aula para ayudarles a integrar dichos conocimientos.

    As a result of the internship for the Master's Degree in Secondary Education, Vocational Training and Language Teaching at the Universitat Jaume I, the authors have witnessed the educational needs of students in the third year of Compulsory Secondary Education in Curricular Diversification Programmes. For this type of student, working with integer numbers, performing operations with them and solving first-degree equations are the main challenges. This paper presents some activities that can be implemented in the classroom to help them integrate this knowledge
