    En el mundo real, la incertidumbre es un factor importante a tener en cuenta pues, de lo contrario, los schedules corren el riesgo de volverse no factibles y/o inviables. Por tanto, en la creación de los schedules se debe considerar la incertidumbre para prevenir o reparar efectos no deseados. En este trabajo se realiza una revisi´on de scheduling bajo incertidumbre, con el objetivo de responder las siguientes preguntas: ¿Cómo podemos representar la incertidumbre? y ¿Qué métodos existen para tratar la incertidumbre?Asimismo, se muestran las diferentes formas de como se presenta la incertidumbre en áreas como la petroquímica, la producción, el transporte, la energía, etc. También se hace un estudio sobre las dos cuestiones que se deben responder en todo proceso de scheduling: ¿Cuándo Programar? y ¿Cómo Programar?.

    In real world, uncertainty is a important factor to take into account otherwise the schedules face the risk of failing, and/or to become unviable. Therefore, when creating schedules we must consider theuncertainty to prevent or repair the undesired effects. In this work we make a review of scheduling with uncertainty to respond the following questions: How can we represent the uncertainty? and What methodsdo exist to treat uncertainty? Likewise, we show the different ways in how the uncertainty is present in areas like the petrochemistry, the production, the transport, the energy, etc. We also make a study about two questions that all scheduling must respond: When to programme? and how to programme?
