Se comentan los principales avances de la Inteligencia Artificial en el período 1920-2020, haciendo especial incidencia en ejemplos que muestran resultados del último lustro, se discute sobre cuál es el verdadero origen de la Inteligencia Artificial, que es muy anterior a 1920, y se concluye sugiriendo que puede ocurrir con esta Ciencia a lo largo del siglo XXI.

The main advances of Artificial Intelligence in the period 1920- 2020 are commented, with special emphasis on examples that show results of the last five years, the true origin of Artificial Intelligence is discussed, which is much earlier than 1920, and concludes by suggesting what can happen with this Science throughout the 21st century.
