    El lenguaje humano determina cómo nos relacionamos e incluso cómo pensamos y concebimos la realidadde la que participamos. Es el principal medio de comunicación con nuestro entorno, y a través del cual semodela cognitivamente cada persona, como estudia la psicolingüística. El objetivo principal de este proyectoes el estudio y desarrollo de un asistente conversacional inteligente, que con base en las Tecnologías delLenguaje Humano (TLH), permite dialogar con personas de edad avanzada con la finalidad d e m antener ymejorar su bienestar social. Se integran estas tecnologías en las rutinas e intereses del mayor: asistencia en eldesempeño de tareas domésticas cotidianas y de actividades que ejercitan la memoria a corto, medio y largoplazo. La monitorización de la interacción con el asistente virtual permite una evaluación posterior por partede profesionales del ámbito de la psicología

The main objective of this project isthe study and development of an intelligent conversational assistant, based on Human LanguageTechnologies (HLT), which allows dialogue with elderly people in order to maintain and improve theirsocial welfare. These technologies are integrated into the routines and interests of the elderly: assistance inthe performance of daily household chores and activities that exercise and activities that exercise short-,medium- and long-term memory. The monitoring of the interaction with the virtual assistant allows forsubsequent evaluation by professionals in the field of psychology
