  • Let (E,.) be a topological group. Let A be a set which is a K-Suslin space with the topology induced by the topology of E. Let B be a closed set of E such that A * B is of second category in E. Then, A.B has the Baire property. As Corollary of this result we get a more general open mapping theorem as the one given by Martineau (3) : Let (F,.) be a K-Suslin topological group and (E,.) a topological group of second category. Let f be continuous algebraic homomorphism from F onto E. Then, f is open.
