Disability itself is deeply associated with mobility conditioning and iso-lation. The combination of the two conditions rises a chain reaction of exclusionthat affects a significant number of women in a lot of European countries, with aparticular focus on elderly and disabled people. Therefore, inclusive and accessibletourism need to be integrated into the future vision for tourism, especially in thecontext of Smart Cities. To this end, in this short paper, we report our ongoing workfor enabling decision making for accessible and inclusive tourism by using opendata and relevant information as a way of improving social and leisure experiencesfor people with disabilities.
