Resumen de Aprendizagem da matemática no ensino superior: práticas de natureza exploratória com suporte da tecnologia

  The learning of mathematics depends on the pedagogical practices adopted, in particular the natureof the tasks and the way they are implemented in the classroom. This communication presents studies,carried out in Portugal and Brazil, based on teaching experiences that include an exploratoryapproach with the integration of technology, aiming to contribute to the debate on practices forteaching and learning mathematics at university level, focused on: what is the potential of exploratorytasks to promote students' mathematical reasoning; how exploratory teaching provide thedevelopment of mathematical concepts understanding; and what is the contribution of technology tolearning with understanding. The results of these studies show positive repercussions on studentslearning, and stimulate reflection on how exploratory teaching approach responds to currentchallenges and needs.

  A aprendizagem da matemática depende das práticas pedagógicas adotadas, em particular anatureza das tarefas e o modo como são implementadas em sala de aula. Nesta comunicação sãoapresentados estudos, realizados em Portugal e no Brasil, basedos em experiências de ensino quecontemplam uma abordagem exploratória com integração da tecnología, visando contribuir para odebate sobre práticas para o ensino e a aprendizagem da matemática a nivel universitário, focadoem: qual o potencial das tarefas exploratórias para promover o raciocínio matemático dosestudantes; como o ensino exploratório permite desenvolver a compreensão de conceitosmatemáticos; e qual o contributo da tecnología para uma aprendizagem com compreensão. Osresultados destes estudos mostram repercursões positivas na aprendizagem dos estudantes, eestimulam a reflexão sobre como o ensino exploratório responde aos desafíos e necesidades atuais.
