Resumen de Creencias acerca de las matemáticas y su aprendizaje en la modalidad virtual en tiempos de pandemia Covid-19 en estudiantes de bachillerato

  Como objetivo de investigación se propuso analizar las creencias de los estudiantes respecto de las matemáticas, su aprendizaje y cómo este se ha visto afectado en el contexto de la pandemia Covid-19 ante los escenarios virtuales. Bajo el enfoque cualitativo se utilizó el análisis temático como metodología para la clasificación y análisis de la información. La población objeto de estudio fueron 20 estudiantes de bachillerato jornada sabatina, 16 hombres y 4 mujeres. Como resultado, se obtuvo la persistencia del enfoque numérico y la importancia de las matemáticas como aspectos centrales de sus creencias. La desmotivación por el distanciamiento o falta de recursos como dificultades en la educación virtual. Como conclusión, destacamos la necesidad de establecer estrategias que permitan la adaptación de esta población al aprendizaje virtual.

  As a research objective it has been proposed to analyze the beliefs of students regarding mathematics, its learning and how it has been affected in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic in the face of virtual scenarios. Under the qualitative approach it has been used the thematic analysis as a methodology for classification and analysis of the information.

  The target population was 20 high school students of sabbatical journey, 16 men and 4 women. As a result, the persistence of the numeric approach and the importance of mathematics as central aspects of their beliefs was obtained. The demotivation due to distancing or the lack of resources as difficulties in the virtual education. In conclusion, we emphasize the need for strategies that allow this population to adapt to virtual learning.
