In this paper, we study the existence and regularity results for a general class of nonautonomous neutral functional partial differential equations with finite delay. We assume the linear nonautonomous part generates C0 semigroup for each fixed positive parameter. The nonlinear term is assumed to be continuous with respect to the uniform norm topology. The existence and uniqueness of the strict solution is established via the existence and uniqueness of mild solution under some sufficient conditions. An example is given to illustrate the theoretical developed results.
