Resumen de Análisis diferenciado entre estudiantes de último curso de Ed. Infantil y primer curso de Ed. Primaria en la resolución de problemas de cálculo mental usando materiales manipulativos

  En los últimos años se ha apostado por una enseñanza integral de las matemáticas más cercana a la realidad a través del enfoque de resolución de problemas. Con el objetivo de analizar la situación actual en un aula, el currículo oficial y las investigaciones, así como prevenir posibles dificultades, el presente trabajo realiza un análisis centrado en el cálculo mental y en el cambio de etapa de Ed. Infantil a Ed. Primaria. Para ello se presentan actividades que requieren de la identificación y manipulación de cantidades, a través de una intervención en el último curso de Ed. Infantil. Los resultados muestran una automatización del cálculo mental; en Ed. Primaria, muy superior a la manifestada en el aula de Ed. Infantil. Por ello, se muestra aquí la importancia de atender a la transición de etapas en la construcción del número y el cálculo mental.

  In the last years mathematics’ teaching has opted for a comprehensive learning closer to reality through the approach of problem solving. In order to analyse the current situation in a classroom, the official curriculum and some researches, as well as to prevent possible difficulties, the present work carries out an analysis focused on mental calculation and the transition from Early Childhood Education to Primary Education. For that, different activities that require the identification and manipulation of quantities are shown, through an intervention in the last year of Early Childhood Education. The results showed, an automation of mental calculation; higher in Primary Education than the abilities seen in the Early Childhood classroom. Therefore, the following text shows the importance of attending the transition in the construction of number and mental calculation.
