Resumen de ODS “Trabajo Decente y Crecimiento Económico”: reto de las capitales de provincia españolas ante la Agenda 2030

  En el actual contexto de pandemia, los 17 Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) se han visto afectados por esta situación sanitaria. Dentro de todos ellos consideramos que uno de los más afectados negativamente y que además es el más relacionado con el trabajo y la situación económica es el número 8 “Trabajo Decente y Crecimiento Económico”.

  Por esta razón, nuestra meta en este trabajo es doble, por un lado, se va a estudiar de forma desagregada el ODS 8 de la Agenda 2030 para evaluar la situación actual del mismo en las ciudades que son capitales de provincia en España. De esta forma, se estudiarán las medidas que se deberían implementar para poder alcanzar los niveles de satisfacción exigidos. Para tal estudio, aplicaremos la metodología PROMETHEE, para establecer una jerarquización entre las ciudades objeto del análisis según el grado de alcance de este objetivo. Por otro lado, dado que consideramos que es un tema de gran relevancia a nivel nacional y motivo de preocupación para la mayoría de la población española, se realizará un estudio econométrico para analizar las perspectivas de este objetivo en el horizonte 2030.

  In the current pandemic context, the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) have been affected by this health situation. Among all of them, we consider that one of the most negatively affected and which is also the one most related to work and the economic situation is number 8 "Decent Work and Economic Growth".

  For this reason, our goal in this work is double; on the one hand, SDG 8 of the 2030 Agenda will be studied in a disaggregated way to evaluate the current situation of the same in the cities that are provincial capitals in Spain. In this way, the measures that should be implemented in order to achieve the required levels of satisfaction will be studied. For such a study, we will apply the PROMETHEE methodology, to establish a ranking among the cities object of the analysis according to the degree of achievement of this objective. On the other hand, given that, we consider it an issue of great national relevance and cause for concern for the majority of the Spanish population, an econometric study will be carried out to analyze the prospects for this objective in the 2030 horizon
