One of the sort of exams to assess students’ knowledge is the multiple-choice examination. Dependingon the possible answers, the uncertainty of the results implies to pass or to fail for the students. Thetest model may be different in relation to number of answers, possible penalties in case of mistakes,consideration of only one correct answer of several possible correct answers, etc. In this article we tryto quantify statistically the test score in every case, and to analyse the righteousness of the modelused for the assessment of students.
