“Oh! This is another paper on Tabu Search tutorial applied to a new problem.” was my first reaction at reading the title of this paper. How many papers have we read on Tabu Search? Dozens, hundreds probably. Tabu Search is an old metaheuristic, everybody knows it, so why do we need another tutorial?
