  En esta comunicación presentamos una entrevista realizada al Dr. Eduardo Sáenz de Cabezón, profesor, investigador y divulgador científico en el área de las Matemáticas. La entrevista se realizó con motivo de la celebración del día internacional de Pi del año 2021, dentro del ciclo periódico de actividades conjuntas Math & Beyond UPV organizada por el Departamento de Matemática Aplicada, el Instituto Universitario de Matematica Multidisciplinar y el Instituto Universitario de Matemática Pura y Aplicada de la Universitat Politècnica de València.   In this communication we present an interview with Dr. Eduardo Sáenz de Cabezón, professor, researcher and scientific disseminator in the area of Mathematics. The interview was carried out to celebrate the international Pi day of the year 2021. This event belonged to the periodic cycle of joint activities Math & Beyond UPV organized by the Department of Applied Mathematics, the University Institute of Multidisciplinary Mathematics and the University Institute of Pure and Applied Mathematics, all from the Universitat Politècnica de València. In the conversation we spoke with Professor Sáenz de Cabezón about education and mathematical dissemination, and we were able to know first-hand his opinion on various current issues.
