Resumen de Strategy-proofness and monotonicity for land rental agreements

• We consider a land rental problem where there are one single tenant and several lessors who do not necessary need all the available land. A rule should determine which lessors rent their land, in which amount and at which price. Our first result is a complete characterization of the family of rules which satisfy land reassignment and monotonicity. We define two relevant subfamilies. The first one is characterized by adding a property of weighted standard for two-person. The second one is characterized by adding consistency and continuity.
