Resumen de El Grado en Matemáticas: Opiniones de dos egresados

Tanto Emilio como Helena finalizaron el pasado curso 2015-2016 sus estudios de Matemáticas en la UAL y ambos quieren compartir con todos los lectores de esta revista su experiencia en el Grado.
Remontándose a los inicios, nos cuentan en primer lugar por qué eligieron estudiar el Grado en Matemáticas y la Universidad de Almería para hacerlo. Aunque a Emilio siempre le habían gustado las matemáticas y se le habían dado muy bien, fue mientras cursaba el Bachillerato cuando descubrió que estas eran la herramienta con la que quería trabajar en el futuro. En cambio, Helena lo había tenido claro desde mucho antes gracias a la pasión por las matemáticas que habían despertado en ella sus profesores de Educación Secundaria. En cuanto al lugar, los dos comparten la opinión de que si en la universidad de tu ciudad se imparte la carrera que quieres estudiar es innecesario irse a otro sitio, pues siempre tendrás la opción de desplazarte gracias a becas de movilidad que ofrece la universidad.

Both Emilio and Helena finished their Mathematics studies at the UAL last 2015-2016 academic year and both want to share their experience in the Degree with all the readers of this magazine.
Going back to the beginning, they tell us in the first place why they chose to study the Degree in Mathematics and the University of Almería to do it. Although Emilio had always liked mathematics and had been very good at it, it was while he was in high school that he discovered that this was the tool he wanted to work with in the future. Instead, Helena had been clear about it long before thanks to the passion for mathematics that her secondary school teachers had awakened in her. As for the place, the two share the opinion that if the degree you want to study is taught at the university in your city, it is unnecessary to go somewhere else, because you will always have the option of moving thanks to mobility scholarships offered by the university.
