    En este escrito presentamos un breve panorama sobre la teoría de ondículas, una teoría del análisis que tuvo, y tiene, gran suceso en aplicaciones a diversas áreas de la ciencia y de la tecnología. Este artículo pretende informar sobre algunas ideas de las ondículas, así como de algunas de sus aplicaciones.

    In this writing, we present a brief overview of wavelets theory, a theory that has had great success in applications to various areas of science and technology. This article aims to inform about some wavelets ideas, as well as some of its applications.
