Resumen de Definición, legislación y normativa para el tratamiento de los documentos históricos generados en la Administración Pública española y andaluza

  En la literatura científica hay numerosos ejemplos de la utilización de los términos documentación histórica y documentación histórica de archivo; sin embargo, no hemos encontrado ninguna investigación que trate de esclarecer a qué nos referimos exactamente con estos términos. El presente artículo quiere rellenar ese espacio realizando la revisión y análisis de la legislación, de la normativa y de la opinión de los especialistas en la materia, tanto de ambos términos como de la base de estos, es decir, el término documento, al igual que se presentan las leyes y normas establecidas para el tratamiento y eliminación de este tipo de documentos. La estructura de esta investigación, tras una breve introducción, irá paso a paso despejando las siguientes incógnitas: ¿Qué se entiende por documento? ¿Qué se entiende por documentación histórica? ¿Qué se entiende por documentación histórica de archivo? Por último, en las conclusiones se expondrán las opiniones de los autores.

  In the scientific literature there are numerous examples of the use of the terms historical documentation and historical archival documentation. Nevertheless, we have not found any research attempting to clarify what we exactly refer to with these terms. This article wants to fill this space by reviewing and analyzing the legislation, regulations and the opinion of the specialists referring to both terms and the basis of these terms, that is, the term ‘document’. Also, the laws and norms established for the treatment and elimination of this type of documents are presented. The structure of this research, after a brief introduction, will go step by step, clearing the following questions: What is meant by “document”? What is meant by “historical documentation”? and what is meant by “historical archival documentation”? Finally, in the conclusions, we will present a summary of everything said along with the authors’ opinion.
