  • The aim of this paper is to obtain a bound for the ? -length of a ? -soluble group ? whose elements of order ? or order 4 (if ?=2 ) of a Sylow ? -subgroup of a residual subgroup of ? are contained in the ? -th term of the upper central series of a Sylow ? -subgroup of ? .
