• I have appreciated the effort done by the authors to collect many examples in which game theoretic methods are applied to cost allocation problems. More precisely, as stated in the title, only the use of cooperative games (specifically: TU-games) has been considered. As said by the authors, the analysis has been restricted to just three different fields, which is enough to provide already a rich family of examples. I would say that such a restriction has been useful to offer a view of the subject which I believe is more effective than if a much more wide range of fields of application had been considered. I agree also with the idea of going in some depth for one single contribution (and maybe strictly related papers) for each field: this helps the non-expert reader to get a flavor of the techniques that are used, respecting space constraints.
