An overlook of the deep changes that have occurred in .Elementary Geometry Teaching is presented below. From among the facts that have motivated such changes , the following ones are commented here: the current fashion of looking back towards the great geometrical inventions vs. the predominance of estructuralism, the aceptance of gawes as a didactic resource, the development of new geometric computer programs and the spread of Mathematics Competitions (with a prevalence of geometric problems). These facts have had a strong influence on the geometric aspects of the present Mathematical Education, that tries to put, the rudiments of Geometry within the reach of everybody.
