Equilibrio en satisfacción laboral entre mujeres y hombres: una aproximación mediante programación multiobjetivo

    El propósito de este trabajo es una mejor comprensión de los factores que afectan al logro de un nivel óptimo de satisfacción, en términos de trabajo, de hombres y mujeres. Para ello se analizan los niveles de satisfacción de los trabajadores mediante un esquema multiobjetivo. Los datos empleados para llevar a cabo los análisis empíricos proceden de una encuesta, sobre la base de la cual se realiza un análisis estadístico y econométrico de los datos, que constituyen el punto de partida para el planteamiento de un modelo de programación multiobjetivo. A continuación se implementa un método de punto de referencia para establecer un perfil de los trabajadores que muestran un mayor grado de satisfacción. Por último, se emplea una combinación de las técnicas de Programación por Metas - Punto de Referencia para aportar una serie de recomendaciones con el fin de incrementar los niveles de satisfacción laborales.

    In this paper, a multiobjective scheme is used to study the satisfaction levels of Spanish workers. Data obtained from the European Community Household Panel (ECHP) are used to build a multiobjective model on the basis of a previous statistical and econometric analysis of these data. Then, a Reference Point-based method is implemented to determine the profile of the most satisfied worker in Spain nowadays. Finally, a combined Goal Programming – Reference Point approach is used to determine policies which can be carried out in order to increase workers’ satisfaction levels.
