La competitividad es un concepto que ha sido abordado desde hace muchos años y que, actualmente, no siendo un término ampliamente aceptado, es una de las preocupaciones más importantes tanto de los Estados como de las empresas, debido a la actitud existente de superación de la crisis económica actual. El presente trabajo se centra en el estudio del Índice de Competitividad Europeo mediante DEACP (periodo 2007/2009) y con el fin de mostrar la influencia de la crisis sobre los diferentes países europeos.

The competitiveness is a concept that has been approached for many years and that, nowadays, not being a widely accepted term, is one of the most important worries both of the States and of the companies, due to the existing attitude of overcoming of the economic current crisis. The present work centres on the study of the European Index of Competitiveness by means of DEACP index (period 2007/2009) and to show the influence of the crisis on the different European countries.
