• Not being my intention to begin the writing of an essay and without the aim of arguin, in this article we make a reference to what the training of teachers has been over the last half century, as well as to intrinsec difficulties that centres in charge of the instruction of professionals have. We also refer to the problems that teachers of mathematics have to face in order to fufill their task.
