In this note is proved, without the previous requirement of having equal areas, the existence of the positional relationship between two triangles that implies their Cavalieri - congruence when such equality exists. This proof simplifies the ones published by Eves[1] in 1988 and Halmos[2] in 1991, in which equality of areas is a necesary condition to arrive to the referenced position of triangles.
