In this paper we describe the process of designing and developing of interactive digital resources adapted to each student. It is shown the process which the authors have followed during the last years in order to generate virtual learning objects for the learning and teaching of Statistics. It is also shown the main features that the digital resources must fulfil and the different possibilities of use. Finally we describe the advantages of the designing of digital resources using author tools, and the integration of several tools as LaTeX, R, GeoGebra, etc. which let us obtain educational resources adaptable for its use in massive environments or big groups.
