Resumen de A simple classroom model for the spread of a disease

• In this paper, we give an account of the mathematics that took place in a high-school classroom in connection with two extremely simple models for the spread of an infectious disease within a population. We also provide some ideas as to how the model might be made somewhat more realistic, and briefly discuss the possibility for developing more sophisticated models.
