  • Resumen
    • Resource Constrained Project Scheduling Problem (RCPSP) is a well known problem very easy to describe but very difficult to solve that has attracted the attention of many researchers during the last decades. In this context, heuristics are the unique option when solving realistic sized projects and among them hybrid procedures obtain very good results. In this paper we develop a hybrid method that combines priority rules and improving methods. A wide analysis is carried out to determine the best configuration of the hybrid method. Finally, its performance is compared against the best project scheduling methods published so far. The results show that the proposed scheduling method is competitive with the best scheduling techniques reported in the literature.
