Resumen de Gerencia del Conocimiento: una taxonomía sistemática desde la perspectiva transcompleja

El propósito es presentar una taxonomía sistemática de diferentes definiciones de Gerencia del Conocimiento, explicitada en la literatura por diversos autores. Considerándose de relevancia para el estudio de este enfoque gerencial en las Organizaciones Venezolanas y para la conformación del tejido teórico-reticular, desde la perspectiva transcompleja. El método utilizado consistió en una revisión bibliográfica de diferentes definiciones conceptuales de este término, lo cual permitió concluir que el citado enfoque esta soportado por un proceso medular que es transversal a los demás procesos adelantados por la gerencia en una comunidad auto-eco-organizada. Es habilitado por un ecosistema tecnológico netamente colaborativo, en el que los conocimientos internalizados por los integrantes de un colectivo, son compartidos; lo cual evidencia el potencial de las comunidades auto-eco-organizadas, hacia el desarrollo e innovación de productos-servicios para garantizar la satisfacción de necesidades presentes y futuras.

The purpose was present a systematic taxonomy of the different definitions of Knowledge Management in the literature by various authors.
It`s of great relevance for the study of this management approach in the Venezuelan Organizations and for the conformation of the theoryreticular weaving of the knowledge management from the transcomplexity perspective. The method consisted of a bibliographic review of the different conceptual definitions of the term knowledge management, which allowed to conclude that the approach is supported by a core process that is crosscutting to others processes developed by the management in a self-eco-organized community. This process is enabled by a technology ecosystem clearly collaborative in of which the internalized knowledge by the members of a collective are shares; which evidence the potential of the self-eco-organize community, toward the development and innovation of products-services for to guarantee the meet of the present and future needs.
