Resumen de LOMCE: An opportunity to strengthen the presence of Statistics in Secondary and High School Education

  • In this article, the current situation of the teaching of Statistics in Spain, mainly in Secondary and High School Education, is assessed. The analysis, made by the Spanish Society of Statistics and Operations Research (SEIO), was transmitted to the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports, in the context of the discussion and implementation of the new Education law called LOMCE.
